athena-io was founded by Cindy Gu and Tiffany Chen, two NYU alums who first crossed paths during a college music project. After navigating a pivotal era in the music and entertainment industry, they experienced firsthand how paperwork and processes could get in the way of creativity—and set out to change that.

Born out of their shared passion for empowering artists, athena-io is here to simplify music contracts in a one-stop platform, allowing artists to focus on what matters most—making art.
